By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that the issuance of a passport, visa, or any travel document is entirely at the discretion of the appropriate government agency, including but not limited to the United States Department of State, Embassies, and Consulates. Gov Complete LLC ("Company") makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the approval, issuance, or timing of any such documents.
You further acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your application materials submitted to the issuing authority. The Company shall bear no responsibility for delays, errors, or losses attributable to third-party couriers, including without limitation FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other delivery services.
1. Limited Agency
The Company serves exclusively as your limited agent for the submission and facilitation of your application. The Company is not responsible for delays, errors, or losses caused by any third party beyond its control, including but not limited to travel agencies, consulates, embassies, government passport offices, issuing authorities, or delivery services.
2. Service Fees and Government Fees
The service fees charged by the Company are separate from and in addition to all government-imposed fees required by the United States Passport Agency, consulates, or any other issuing authority. All government fees must be paid directly to the issuing authority.
3. Scope of Services
The Company does not issue passports, visas, or other travel documents. The Company charges a service fee strictly for the submission, tracking, and retrieval of your application materials in its capacity as your authorized agent.
4. Discretion of Issuing Authorities
Issuing authorities retain sole and exclusive discretion to approve, deny, or delay any application. The Company has no control over such determinations and shall not be held liable for any delay, denial, or refusal to issue travel documentation.
5. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise deficient. Liability for refusal of service shall be limited to a refund of the service fee paid to the Company.
6. No Guarantees or Warranties
The Company, including its owners, agents, affiliates, and employees, makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any application, nor regarding timeliness of services rendered.
7. Limitation of Liability – Third-Party Actions
The Company, including its owners, agents, affiliates, and employees, shall not be held liable for:
- The applicant's failure to satisfy travel or documentation requirements;
- The actions, delays, or inactions of any government agency or issuing authority;
- The acts, omissions, delays, or errors of third-party delivery services.
8. Limitation of Liability – Maximum Amount
The Company's total liability, regardless of form of action or legal theory, shall not exceed the lesser of:
- The service fees paid by you to the Company, or
- Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($500).
The Company shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, missed flights, or replacement travel expenses.
9. No Warranty Beyond Terms
No warranty, express or implied, is provided except as expressly set forth herein.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. All disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.
11. SMS Messaging Policy
By opting into the Company's SMS services, you consent to receive text messages at the frequency disclosed at enrollment. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP." For assistance, reply "HELP" or contact the Company's support team. Consent to SMS communication is not a condition of purchase. Please refer to the Company's Privacy Policy for further details.
12. Refund Policy
Passport Services
Upon purchase, the Company will reserve a processing slot and provide submission instructions. If: (i) you fail to submit required application materials by the business day immediately preceding the reserved processing date; or (ii) you cancel more than twenty-four (24) hours after purchase, you remain liable for the full service fee, with no refund due. Cancelled orders not eligible for refund shall remain valid for six (6) months from the original order date and may be applied to future services.
Travel Visa Services
Upon consultation, the Company will reserve limited processing capacity on your behalf. If: (i) you fail to submit required application materials by the business day immediately preceding the reserved processing date; or (ii) you cancel more than twenty-four (24) hours after purchase, you remain liable for the full service fee, with no refund due. Cancelled orders not eligible for refund shall remain valid for six (6) months from the original order date and may be applied to future services.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for circumstances beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to: travel delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, loss or theft of documents or tickets, or applicant's submission of incomplete or inaccurate information. No refunds shall be issued for services completed in full, including processing and shipping costs.
By using the services of Gov Complete LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
